Brief description of Project Management Methodology
The client provides us with the High Level Specification regarding the product of the project; on an average after about two to three iterations the High Level Spec is finalized.
We then proceed to an in-depth low-level design specification with logical flows and embedded pseudo codes. This is again sent to the client for further clarifications before being finalized.
An implementation and testing specification is developed prior to implementation and sent to the client.
In case of GUI development, Screenshots of each window will be provided to the client and suggestions and enhancements incorporated.
Once the implementation commences daily status with screenshots (for GUI) and source codes will be sent to client for review if needed.
After completion of each phase, executables, test utilities test plan and test results of the particular phase will be delivered and the same will be tested in client's premises also.
Issues found, if any in the particular phase will be addressed prior to commencement of the next phase.
After completion of each phase bench marking will be done to find the performance analysis and limits of the phase.
