Whilst our people are some of the most skilled IT technicians available they also recognize that our clients cannot always upgrade to new technologies as soon as they appear. Flexible - The key to our service offerings is that we adapt the way we work to fit our clients' needs. We take on small assignments as well as large-scale projects. Clients can use us for any timescale from a few hours through to long-term assignments. In addition, we don't insist on a full-time commitment. If a customer only needs a MFC person on an ad hoc basis we can facilitate that. We also encourage our clients to temporarily release our people during a project if they feel that no progress can be made e.g. If a key user is on holiday. This helps our client preserve their budgets so that they get maximum value from us.

Enhancing the capability of SimpLogics was seen as a necessary move, particularly as the company provides a global consultancy service and is being identified as smart and market savvy, with expertise and experience in the areas of software systems development, automation development, product development and system integration.

Process Capability - Over the years SimpLogics has developed a very formal and nearly foolproof Project Management methodology, which is integrated into the company's DNA and one that is adhered to very strictly. The quality of this methodology has been successfully proved after implementation of over 5 complete project life cycles and development of 3 products for our client. Following the successful release, enhanced versions are being charted after the encouraging response received from its users, which include some very big names.
